On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program
The OJT Program is designed for undergraduate talents to build professional competence through structured guidance and real workplace execution.
Participants develop essential professional and leadership soft skills, including communication, accountability, teamwork, and work ethics, while actively contributing to real projects within Internal and its partner ecosystem.
You will receive focused internal hard skills development aligned with your selected Department (Creative, Business Development, Technology, or Human Resources), ensuring your learning directly reflects real role expectations and industry standards.
This program prepares you to transition confidently from campus to the workplace as a work-ready professional who understands how to contribute, collaborate, and execute effectively from day one.
